Unlike coffee, when you really come down from a caffeinated high, tea can help you survive a workday with positive feelings.

Tea is considerably super easy to do with simple steps. All you really need is boiled water and a tea bag that can be easily found in all supermarkets and shops. Meanwhile, for coffee, all you need is a machine to complete the whole task. Indeed, there are a variety of kinds of tea on the market for customers to choose which type they truly want to drink or they feel the most suitable for them.
Besides the merits of tea, if tea is not drunk properly, it will impact directly on humans’ health.
1. Poor Sleep
Tea contains tannin – a chemical component that has the effect of euphoria and creates a feeling of relaxation; hence, drinking tea makes you feel sleepy. In contrast, the composition of tea also contains another component, caffeine, which is effective in maintaining concentration and staying awake. That’s why some face insomnia or other sleep disorders.
2. Drinking tea on an empty stomach is unhealthy
When you wake up in the morning, your body is low on energy because they need food to recharge them. If you have a cup of tea as the first thing after getting a good night’s sleep, it will leave serious consequences for their stomach. Too much caffeine also has negative effects on organ systems in the body. That’s the reason why there are so many recommendations from doctors and experts about the use of caffeine.
Caffeine is responsible for blocking adenosine in the nervous system; hence, it keeps the brain and body awake. The stimulant effect of caffeine can prolong that lead to sleep disorders. When facing poor sleep, there is an inclination to be tired and want to find a type of beverage to push them up. That results in greater caffeine intake, creating a cycle of insufficient sleep and coffee consumption. This cycle will gradually repeat like a bad habit developing the risk of insomnia.
2. Increases Health Risks
If you drink too much coffee a day, it causes many problems for their health, not only for your sleep. Caffeine consumption makes the body lose calcium carried out excessively by the urine. Moreover, coffeeholics are dealing with potential issues like osteoporosis, where the bones are said to be less dense and become weaker. Drinking coffee too much causes too high blood pressure, diabetes, or stomachache.
Indeed, tea or coffee is one of the most famous morning drinks; however, some people claim that they tend to prefer tea to coffee or vice versa. Perhaps, there is no right answer because it totally depends on the people who consume it. It is undeniable that having a cup of coffee or tea gives workers a spike of energy.
Some coffeeholics or tea drinkers can not go out without their morning cup – a magical pill to refresh themselves to get ready for the whole day. They, by contrast, also can’t drink these kinds with an empty stomach, which causes acidity or some digestive system problems. Therefore, instead of drinking regular coffee or tea immediately after getting up, you should have a light breakfast to fill their stomachs. Everything has strengths and limitations, so you must consider your daily diet and balance nutrients in every meal to have a healthy body.
