The appointment of Julie Centracchio comes as the specialty coffee group prepares for further outlet growth in the UK and its international debut in New York in the coming months

WatchHouse has appointed Julie Centracchio as its new Finance Director as the specialty coffee group takes the next steps in its ‘aggressive expansion plan’.
Centracchio, who previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Boston Tea Party from 2019-2022, brings two decades of hospitality industry experience to the business.
In a press release, WatchHouse said Centracchio will play a key role in its regional and international growth.
The specialty coffee group also opened a new outlet in Bath in July 2023, it’s 12th store and first outside of London.
The 2,400sq ft site offers seating for over 80 people and was conceived by London-based interior designer Deidra Hodgson. Hodgson’s has also worked with specialty coffee roaster Allpress, book publisher Notting Hill Editions alongside healthcare brands Aēsop and TwentyNine Palms.
Founded in 2014, WatchHouse will open four further London outlets before the end of 2023 in Covent Garden, Belsize Park, Hampstead and Fenchurch Street.
WatchHouse will also open its first international store on Fifth Avenue in New York in the third quarter of 2023. The specialty coffee group said the outlet will ‘kickstart its expansion in the city’.
