The company named 7 Brew Coffee plans a 531 square foot coffee shop with two drive-thru lanes within the East Camp Business Park south of Nashville Pike and east of Blue Jay Way.
A preliminary plan got a positive vote from the planning commission with the Gallatin City Council to give a final approval.
Paul Hoover would be the franchise owner of the 7 Brew Coffee, based in Fayetteville, Arkansas. There is a 7 Brew Coffee open in Murfreesboro. A new 7 Brew Coffee opened in May in Memphis.
The building will be modular with three sections to be put together, Hoover said. Hoover hopes to open late this summer.
