Pinellas County recently got a weekly Asian food market similar to Tampa’s popular Wat Mongkolratanaram Thai Buddhist Temple Sunday market. The Saigon Summer Night Market now brings Asian street food to Clearwater.
Open every Saturday and Sunday night since the beginning of June, the market boasts more than 30 food, drink and fresh vegetable vendors. You can find everything from hand-wrapped lumpia and spring rolls to 2-pound, foot-long giant prawns, softball sized clams and snails so fresh they’re still moving.
